What we collect
To deliver our service we collect: name, age, city, height, email, optional contact handle (phone number for SMS), the platform you were banned on, an optional description of your ban, and up to 6 photos.
What we don't collect
We do not request or store any account credentials or government identification.
How long we keep it
Intake data and photos are auto-deleted from our systems 14 days after delivery. We do not retain copies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Payment data
Card details are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card information.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, or immediate deletion, by emailing privacy@hingehelper.com. We respond within 72 hours.
Cookies
We use Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for conversion tracking, aggregate site traffic, and anonymized session replay. Clarity masks input fields by default. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser.
