1. What we provide
Hinge Helper is a consulting and technical guidance service. We help individuals reset their personal devices and create new dating-app profiles after a ban. We do not access, modify, or interfere with any third-party servers, including Hinge’s. All work is performed on data and devices you own.
We also provide Match Booster, a profile optimization and match-delivery service for users with active Hinge+ subscriptions. Pricing tiers range from $49 to $349, with each tier specifying a guaranteed quality-match count and delivery window.
2. No affiliation
Hinge Helper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Hinge Inc., Match Group LLC or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. Refund policy
14-day money-back guarantee on every plan. If we don’t deliver the outcome promised for your product (Unban: back on Hinge; Match Booster: the agreed match count), you get a full refund — no forms, no questions. To qualify you must have completed our prep checklist and provided all required intake materials. For Match Booster, an active Hinge+ subscription is required for the service to deliver and is a condition of refund eligibility. 5. Honest expectations
We do not “recover” your old account — Hinge bans are permanent and unappealable per their own policy. We help you start fresh. We do not guarantee long-term retention of any new account; that depends on your behavior after delivery.
Match Booster works by improving your profile and increasing your visibility within Hinge+ feature set. We don’t guarantee dates, relationships, or message replies — only the agreed quality-match count.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service to: harass any individual, evade a legitimate court order, impersonate another person, or violate the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost matches, lost relationships, or emotional distress.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
