1. What we provide

Hinge Helper is a consulting and technical guidance service. We help individuals reset their personal devices and create new dating-app profiles after a ban. We do not access, modify, or interfere with any third-party servers, including Hinge's or Tinder's. All work is performed on data and devices you own.

2. No affiliation

Hinge Helper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Hinge Inc., Match Group LLC, Tinder LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Refund policy

Our money-back guarantee applies as described on the pricing page: 14 days for the Done For You tier, 30 days for the Total Reset Bundle. To qualify you must have completed our prep checklist and provided all required intake materials. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. 5. Honest expectations

We do not "recover" your old account — Hinge bans are permanent and unappealable per their own policy. We help you start fresh. We do not guarantee long-term retention of any new account; that depends on your behavior after delivery.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to: harass any individual, evade a legitimate court order, impersonate another person, or violate the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost matches, lost relationships, or emotional distress.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
