Unban Refund Policy
  • Full refund if we cannot deliver a working profile within 72 hours of you completing intake.
  • Full refund if your new profile is banned within 14 days through no behavior change on your part.
  • Same 14-day window applies to DIY ($49) and Done For You ($149).
  • No refund if you violate Hinge’s TOS after delivery (sending money requests, off-platform spam, etc).
Match Booster Refund Policy
  • Full refund if we don’t deliver the match count promised in your tier within its window (Quick: 10 in 7d, Starter: 25 in 14d, Surge: 60 in 21d, Elite: 150 in 30d).
  • 14-day money-back guarantee applies across all four tiers.
  • Refund void if you do not have an active Hinge+ subscription. Hinge+ is a prerequisite for the service to deliver.
